「Our room was directly near the elevator utility room. We had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times to quiet the horrible noise. They could not accommodate a different room for us. 」

「The room smelled like urine. The desk chair was rusted and the paint around the window was peeling and patched from leaks probably. The bathroom had green spots around the doorframe and the tolite was broken. The entire room was disgusting. We left! And upon checking in another guest was complaining about the condition of her room. I have no idea if the ac in the room even worked..the smell was so bad we did not stick around long enough to find out.」

「My family and I rented this property for a weekend trip to the springs and it was amazing. The house was fully equipped with everything one might need and we had a great time, the house was very clean and in a nice neighberhood. I definitely recommend renting this property.」

「We didn’t get the house we originally paid for, the house stunk , had a spiral staircase, one of the doors didn’t lock, the bedrooms only had a lamp, also the electrical outlets were a little scary. The downstairs bathroom did not have a doorknob.We stayed here only because this was the second time of a rental company switching houses on us in this area. Not a pleasant experience during Christmas break.」

「Booked a D&J Properties reservation through Hotels.com for a trip in April. A few days before my stay, I received a message directly to me (not on Hotels.com) that the location is not available. After many texts, they sent me credit since the new location was inferior. They sent a screenshot of the reservation. I had no way to verify, access or confirm that reservation. Then I received an email that I need to provide my full address, full credit card information AND PHOTO OF ME HOLDING MY...
