「The carpet was filthy dirty…..no breakfast served. Yes it’s being remodeled….but!!!」

「Breakfast is $15, and they advertise eggs cooked to order. But it is the same as any continental breakfast, you serve yourself, pick out what you want from the normal choices of biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt etc. etc. and it’s scrambled eggs, not made to order. I turned on the bathtub and rust came out from the tub faucet, it did clear, and I did report the rust. The room was musty. And the snack bar was under construction, so no snacks. Yet still paid full price,」

「We loved our stay but there was a clogged drain in the tub the entire visit and no housekeeping. You had to put a tag on your door which no one told us about. Not a usual hotel standard so how are guests to know? A heads up when we checked in would be helpful. The room was decorated in the 1980's (Think Hyacinth Bucket in Keeping Up Appearances) - it is in desperate need of an update. The property is beautiful and the hotel has great potential - we hope they make updates or it will be a true...
