"This is a great place to stay. I don’t consider any other place when traveling to the Richmond area. It is in a great location."

"There was no accommodation for disabled or handicapped visitors the toilet was very not even a toilet helper to help no handicapped rails in bathroom my sister had knee and hip surgery and I requested a handicapped room and breakfast was fair no fruit only green apples I will not be staying at this hotel again Hilton was next door same price I do visit short pump twice a year for shopping was planning a ladies fellowship next year will not be using this hotel"

"My biggest problem with Aloft was the lack of electric outlets in the room. None near the workstation table or the nightstands. I had to charge my phone and tablet on the outlet at the foot of the bed. The access to the lobby from parking is a bit of a pain too."
