「The property is excellent; the facilities are excellent BUT some of the staff need training in hospitality especially for an exceptional property in a historic area. I have been twice in the last 3 weeks due to work, and it was the same both times. Both times, I had multiple experiences at the front desk where staff didn't even look up from what they were doing and said, "Can I help you?" with exasperated facial expressions that appeared as if I was an annoyance or chore. 「The property was well kept and clean. Staff was personable and professional. However, I was no able to watch the TV in my room because all premium stations were blocked. When I entered my room those stations were able to be seen. I left for dinner and when I returned, I was unable to view those stations, ie, HGTV. I called the desk and those services were restored. 「The room smelled , the bathroom door did not lock and Handel was Broken . The bathroom floor was dirty , the air conditioning was extremely loud , beds were humid and room was very humid Would not stay there again」
