「The environment is very good, the transportation and parking are convenient, the hotel is clean and sanitary, and the service is good.」

「I drove 1 1/2 hours to Frankenmuth. I went to the hotel @ 4:00 to check in. The worker behind the desk told me they had SOLD MY ROOM because a charge didn’t go through on my card. I had gotten a new card, and had proof that it was “declined” due to “card number replaced”. I also provided another card to use. The staff told me there was nothing they can do. I was never contacted saying my room was “sold”. I selected “pay when you stay” on Expedia ,so that was a shock to see that they SOLD MY ROOM...

「The room was a nice size and the lobby and attached bar and restaurant are nice. We only went into the bar but didn’t eat there. The only complaint is the attached room to ours was not very sound proof and we could hear the neighbors talking.」

「It was great hotel and beds were super soft for great night sleep. Loved the black out curtains. Our only negative was the family above us stomped around until after midnight preventing us from being able to go to sleep. Note: always as for top floor.」
