「Free clean laundry」

「The staff were amazing and helpful. My non smoking room had been smoked in and I could smell it the moment I checked in. The front desk attendant Aniyah was so helpful and came to my room to investigate. She quickly made sure I found a clean and fresh room replacement. The cleaning crew was friendly and did a nice job.」

「Loved our stay !」

「Just okay. First night shampoo/ conditioner in shower were empty. Rooms are dark. Nothing special for the room rate plus the additional daily fee to park! I would not go back.」

「Clean room, elegant lobby, decent bar area」

「Clean room, location, breakfast」

「clean room」

「Located in a perfect location on the bay. Everything is walking distance, shops, reastaurants. Delicious Breakfast and lunch right on the property, although many reastaurants are walking distance. Staff was extremely nice and helpfull. Rooms are all unique and different. So much nicer then staying at the chain hotels」

「Great location! Friendly staff! Comfortable clean room! Amazing garden breakfast! My husband and I love to come back again! Totally worth every penny you spend! 」

「设施老旧，排水堵塞，浴缸很容易积水，开热水需要等很久，空调噪音也大。」

「Great location and excellent staff. Room was large and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a great surprise with a varied menu and high quality options. Live music in the courtyard each evening was a great way to wind down with a beverage after a full day of sightseeing.」

「Everything was amazing! The only thing that would’ve been slightly better is the fridge in our room wasn’t cold so our leftovers from the dinner went to waste but other than that it was a great place to stay for the night if you’re in the St Augustine area.」
