Springfield 3 Stars Hotels

"We stayed in room 101, DONT DO IT! We checked in at midnight but I called at 9am to say we’d be arriving later. The room, very big and spacious be the headboard is against the outside door, which people run in and out of all night and it starts back up again at 7am. It’s almost sounds like someone is loudly slamming the door when it closes. It was horrible! We were on vacation but was woke up at 7am EVERY MORNING we wanted to sleep in "

"Menu was terrible, most of the time it was empty.45 min. To go, no milk,yogurt, juice, pastry, etc. Pool was shut down. Staff was good though. "

"Overall our stay was pleasant. The thing I wish we knew before we decided to book this hotel was that they only have housekeeping every other day. You are able to ask the front desk staff for any of your needs, if you ask but you must go to the front desk to retrieve them. Our floor was uncleaned the entire stay. Parking was easy as it is on site. Our coffee machine in our room was not working. The hotel is near multiple fast food restaurants. They do have continental breakfast. Which is great if you want something quick. The hotel room was very spacious which we did enjoy. Overall our stay was good."

"The staff were great, but I was very surprised how dirty the common areas were with it being a newer building. Lots of build up on the floors, visible debris and dirt in the halls. The room was fine and we were only there for about 12 hours. We paid $100 so the price was right for a quick overnight on our way to Florida."

"Breakfast muffins and coffee were the best part of breakfast , everything else was 2 stars when it came to breakfast , the Otis spunkmire cookies were delicious , elevator was sketchy, but the beds in the room as well as AC was 5 Stars Tv was limited per usual Shower floor was clean but didn’t look it Room was 4.5 out of 5"

"a microwave in the room may have been helpful. (there is a small one in the lobby), otherwise the room were clean, with really nice solid doors. The insides the Bldg looks was much more inviting than the outsides."
