「Loved that it was pet-friendly but there isn’t a lot of green space nearby. No ice machines but the desk staff were always courteous about filling ice bags. 40th street traffic can be loud but the hotel is so conveniently located to lots of walkable shops and restaurants. 」

「After checking in, I found that there were a large area of dirty marks on the sheets in the arranged room. Unexpectedly, I didn't change the new sheets, so I had to ask to change the room! The second is that there is a difference between the charge and the order price. It is obviously more charged, and there is no email reply to the specific standard fee! 「Great location; excellent service. Hotel had a restaurant but it would have been nice to have free lobby coffee. Also, I would have had a nightcap at the bar but it was lit up like a Christmas tree. No one wants to sit at a bar under a spotlight.」
