「Stayed here through Expedia and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. We arrived at 9am and later asked around 12pm if early check-in was possible, even for an extra fee. Fair enough if unavailable, but staff were dismissive and seemed more interested in chatting than helping guests. When we finally got the room, it involved two flights of stairs, which was difficult travelling with my 70-year-old mother. 「房間空間明顯不夠但卻用衣櫃做了間隔，電水煲位置根本沒有電掣，床頭電掣在地下，所有使用位置都很不方便，根本就係夾硬用一間雙人房放咗三張床瞓四個人，價錢又唔係平，相片與現實不符，相片是企缸，但係我住的是浴缸，成間酒店都很久，錦綉很差」
