「Check-in was confusing, as there was no one at reception on arrival. When I called the provided number, I was instructed to open a locked room that was already occupied by another guest, which was quite concerning. There were also no clear instructions provided for the check-out process. Since my stay, I have been receiving emails stating that payment has not been made. This is incorrect, as I paid in full at the time of booking and have receipts to confirm this.」

「We have our family trip in TAS for five days and we chose this hotel as out two day accomodation, a great place with free car park in front of the building, comfortable bed and shower, its away from the city but we find some good park for leisure, we drive to ferry pier in a few minutes. It is a valuable choice for the family to visit Hobart.」

「All room are not private room, no matter how they name the room. All residents share 2 bathroom & 2 toilets (no hand washing basin in toilet room). No mirrors in the room, no hairdryer. Breakfast is so so, self service style. first morning got OJ and no more refill afterwards Little noisy at night, bar downstairs, if not noisy sensitive then the bed is comfy. 」

「The ocean was visible from the property but host said he'd sent a pin to our account which we didn't receive. Property surrounds eg garden were not well maintained.」

「The hotel is at a great location. As I stay at the sea view room, the view is incredible. Walking distance to the main area and Salamanca Market. The staff are friendly and helpful with their hospitality, and the restaurant at hotel offer nice and good quality food. Overall I really enjoy my stay.」
