The location could not be better, restaurants, markets and Constitution Dock, all a very short walk away. The room was clean, large bathroom and the kitchenette was useful. Free car parking is a bonus! I would visit again for my next Hobart trip.

Great location - so we keep coming back. One bedroom appt was very spacious, well equipped and serviced daily. Part of the historic Lenna hotel across the road, with access available to guest of this appt.

Wonderful location!! 10/10 Very walkable to Salamanca, the harbour & CBD. The onsite parking was great and driving around area was easier than expected. The decor was a little dated but didn't worry us as the place was huge and well equipped.

Loved this property!.. a large space, very clean and the most comfy bed. Staff are great and the towels, robes, bedding and ammenities are all top notch.. all for a very reasonable price..I wish all accommodation was like this.

Perfect location in Salamanca. Everything walkable. Only issue was the shower would go from hot to cold and back again without any warning. Some furniture is a little worn. But all that can be overlooked because of the location and price.

This is the second time I have stayed at this property and unfortunately this time does not compare to the first. This time the room was small, smelly and noisy (air con & fridge) In saying that the room was very clean and tidy. The free parking and convenient location was the sole reason we picked this property and this did not disappoint.

Also, it's close to various dining options, the waterfront and ferries, and - of course - Salamanca Market on Saturdays. Basic rooms, but very useable. over use of air freshener was offputting. No scissors or baking dish in kitchen. the front door we found not properly shut a couple of times so anyone could access that building.
