「As we visited in the month of May , it was cold and we had to beg to have the heat turned on. Once it was,it was comfortable. I do not think that the rooms have seen any updating since the 1970’s…the room furniture was not in good shape. The hotel is well situated overlooking Loch Lomond and easy to get anywhere. This breakfast was great!」

「No parking to speak of. The lift, or elevator was down with a sign saying it was out of commission due to "preventive maintenance." This is B.S., preventive maintenence includes cleaning and/or lubricating parts and usually takes less than an hour. The elevator had been down for several weeks. Everything about this hotel was old and worn-out. Will not stay there again.」
