Beautiful lake scenary looking out from room windo

Beautiful lake scenary looking out from room window, room is big but hot due to adverse weather conditions at end of June. Food is good in both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. Quite good service from all staff. Very attractive exterior design of the hotel, we take many lovely pictures.

Very Nice hotel, with excellent view. Staff are helpful and nice. Worth to stay. Breakfast and dinner are good. Highly recommend you guys to stay.

My only complaint is that they put us in the very first room, right by the public toilets and the bar. As you can imagine our room was disturbed quite a bit till about 11pm

When we arrived to the hotel, they informed us there was a storm and they lost power. That is understandable, however they provided no alternative or directions on where we could sleep that night. They only said they were closed and couldn't support or help us in any way. We had driven 3 hours from Edimburgh and had to find another hotel in the middle of the night with very limit knowledge of the area and very poor international phone internet, sitting in a parking lot. In the end, we booked another hotel in the very same town where the hotel is located, they were able to re- gain electricity a couple hours later and they did not deny customer's bookings because of that reason. We understand the difficulty of the situation but we lacked a lof of support from the hotel.

This property needs major updating. The outside has beautiful views of the lake and a lovely trail but interior is really dated, smells and carpets need to be replaced. Breakfast buffet was great and views from restaurant are lovely. Dinner was a disappointment as everything ordered was drenched in butter. However a short drive or 15-20 minute walk away was a fabulous pub. Some staff were very friendly while others seemed stressed out. We were told that there would be a VIP gift at check-in or in room but nobody knew anything about it.
Trash was not removed from room upon check-in.
Bathroom was clean and the only renovation done.
Room was minimal but had basic needs. Would have been nice to have a comfortable chair.
Views from room and property were gorgeous.

The facility is clean and cozy. The wide windows in our room have good view of Loch Glencoe. We relaxed in a pool and enjoyed excellent meal.

The property was stunning and the staff were excellent - can’t say enough good things about them. The breakfast was good, however the evening dining was not great - food was only okay and prices were very high. Wouldn’t recommend eating dinner here, although the view is something spectacular. Would have much rather had a drink from the bar and sat out to enjoy the view! It’s in a great location though with fantastic amenities and the room was very nice. The beds were rather hard though, but otherwise was still overall a good stay!

The view, location and free breakfast were all great! The rooms are a little dated and the bed wasn't the most comfortable, but we didn't spend much time there since being outside is the draw. The shower didn't have great pressure. The staff were all very nice and extremely helpful!

This property is a gem and the staff outstanding. The location is stunning and we could not have had a more pleasant experience. From the time we checked in we were warmly greeted with true Scottish hospitality and it did not end until we left.

Probably my favorite stay in Scotland. It's exactly what you'd expect in the highlands. Glencoe is just a great stop and the hotel did It's job as well. Wish we'd have stayed longer.

Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location. Not cheap but totally worth it. Direct access to the lake. Kayaking. Marina. Close to all Glencoe adventures and hikes. Good restaurant and bar. Awesome family room with bunk bed for kids. Highly recommended.
