「The front desk staff was amazing very friendly and helpful! House keeping came to do our room and they apparently don’t empty the garbages or anything tho so we cleaned our room our self and then they made the bed and gave us towels. The pool area was okay but most of the chairs on the pool deck were ripped and broken and the pool itself inside was pretty dirty. The hotel bar / restaurant didn’t have much , everything we tried to order they were out of so we got fries. Other than that it was...

「It’s terrible, we going to vacation 10days. This hotel is the worst. It’s a smoking hotel. When I get in room, i fell bad, but it’s too late. I can’t change room, we still live this room, i wake up so many times all night. I can’t sleep well. 」

「I have stayed here many times and been very happy. Unfortunately this time they were out of “pool” towels and they were on back order. The women at the front desk would not give us bath towels to use at the pool. Completely ridiculous!」

「No water pressure the hot water wasn't hot. Breakfast was edible. I cleaned the bathroom myself .」
