「Good place for family 」

「Staff was always friendly. Unfortunately the pool was closed for emergency maintenance through most of our stay. 」

「This place was disgusting, the rooms were dirty-beddings and towels included. The pool was not open. I checked in and left finding somewhere else to stay at my own expense in less than half hour later, this was after requesting a cleaner room (both were dirty). Don’t stay here, it smells like an Ash tray and they might have bugs (bug shedding on bed) , also seemed shady things were going on in the parking lot. Expedia had to contact them and they did not agree to refund me so I had to abide by...

「My dad, sister, and I stayed one night at the Courtyard and we had a great time! I had called prior to our visit to ask if they did anything for birthdays and upon arrival, they gave my sister a bag of goodies along with a hand-written card! She was so surprised and flattered (especially since she happened to like the treats they chose). The staff was very friendly also! I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a hotel. (Great prices, too)!」

「Upon arrival the TV did not work.Called the front desk 4 times and no answer. So I took the remote control to the front desk and exchanged it for another one. Still didn’t work. At 9:00 pm the front desk said they could have a maintenance person check it later. I asked for a discount but the manager refused since we didn’t want to wait until after 10pm for a maintenance person. Terrible service especially since I have been a rewards member for a dozen years.」
