「This was our third time staying here, and overall we really enjoy this hotel. The property is very nice, we love the pools and indoor/outdoor hot tub, and the rooms are beautiful. Unfortunately, this stay was a bit disappointing due to several housekeeping issues. After a day at the beach, the floors were never swept, so we continued to track and feel sand throughout the room for the remainder of our stay. 「First we paid and booked a room with a patio and pool view and got a regular room. And then the room we received had leaked terribly by the window and ceiling and found this out by stepping on wet carpet and could not take our shoes off our use that side of the room! Then we went for quietness and people were partying and lighting fireworks off at the hotel all night i could have stayed home for that!!」

「The first room has stains on it sheets and they quickly swap this out to another room. I checked the sheets. They looked OK and then laying down I saw what looked like barbecue sauce or marinara sauce on the pillow so I’d ask for a new pillowcase, which came promptly. This is more about Expedia complaint, but I bought the insurance in case of a cancellation which I tried to use because my wife is so pregnant. We really didn’t wanna go, but you had to cancel the reservation a week in advance and...

「The hotel itself was nice but the power went out at like 3pm and was out the entire stay so we only got to use the pool for an hour, no breakfast or coffee the next morning, not much emergency lighting in the evening after the sun went down. On top of all that, the fire alarms went off twice. Once at 10pm and once at 2am. We understand the weather was no fault of the staff but things could have been handled differently for guests.」
