「7/10. Stayed mid March 2026- Beds were hands down the most comfortable beds we have slept on! The pool was cold, which was a let down. Breakfast was okay, they ran out @ 8:30am and we had to wait 30m to an hour for the food to be replenished. Elevator worked but sounds like it’s breaking down. Staff was awesome, loved them. Overall great experience, the building just seems a little run down. I would definitely stay here again though. Room was clean, beds- so amazing. 」

「Hotel was very nice and clean. I didn’t like having to pay for parking ($20). Parking should be free for guests. Great continental breakfast. Great location downtown and within walking distance of various restaurants and the Convention Center. Front desk was ok. I noticed they’d put a sign up that they were away , but I’d hear laughing and cackling from a back room. Meanwhile, there’s 5 people waiting at the desk. Otherwise, it was a fine hotel. 」

「We were exhausted from traveling all day. We were unable to sleep because the room was located next to an ice machine and exit doors. When I returned our room keys I was asked about our stay by a woman at the desk. I told her terribly because of the noise! She proceeded to tell me that it was the noisiest room of the hotel. She asked why I accepted that room. I asked her how I was supposed to know that! Then she asked why didn’t we come back to the desk and ask for a different room. We...
