「I visited Siena for the Palio, once last year and again this year staying at the Hotel Duomo both times. The staff are very helpful and friendly. You can tell from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff they love what they do and the professionalism shows! They also arranged my private ride from Florence Airport direct to the hotel. Amazing and I will stay here in the future. 」

「It's a very nice, new boutique hotel. Nice garden, nice and exquisite breakfast. Really enjoy it. Front desk speaks fluent English, provide good suggestions. It's located in a nice neighborhood, with many nice houses. There's a park and castle wall in opposite side, only 10 mins walk to the center spot.」

「The location is very convenient, and the staff are nice, welcoming, and informative. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. I would recommend it, as it is budget-friendly for a stay in Siena.」
