「The bathroom could have been cleaner. If employees would actually CLEAN the bathroom…Thank god I always bring my own cleaning supplies and gloves and scrub the tub myself. I have been cleaning every single time I go out of town and bring my own supplies to clean because no one cleans like yourself!!! Don’t expect anything if you don’t do it yourself!!! If you’re looking for a spotless bathroom you will have to just do it yourself!」

「Everything was great. Breakfast was phenomenal. Staff was professional, kind, and attentive to our needs. Rooms were clean and very spacious.」

「Train tracks close by so train noise at night. Very small indoor pool. The entire facility in need of an update. Room was ok, bed was comfortable, pillows were not. only one drawer for clothing. Absolutely no seating outside, I ended up buying a beach chair and sitting by parking lot. Ridiculous! The bar/ restaurant for dinner was surprisingly good. I won’t be back」

「Everything was wonderful, with just a couple of issues. The set up was lovely and clean. The staff was very friendly. The beds were soft, and the events for families was an added bonus. Unfortunately, there were bugs flying in the room constantly getting into our food. THEN, every morning at 5:30 there was a horrible mechanical sound which woke me up every morning. I finally went to the store and bought a pair of earplugs to make it bearable. All and all a nice environment, however the insects...

「The room was clean however it had a dog smell. The rooms keys didn’t work. The room wasn’t equipped with anything useful like chargers plug ins. It was musky inside. The bed was awful. Very lumpy, saggy, and we slept horribly. No breakfast unless you purchased it. You have to pay to park at the hotel you already paid over 200.00 dollars for one night. I’ll never stay at this one again.」

「Es nuestra primera vez visitando Panamá city beach y nos hospedamos en este hotel La habitación estaba bien limpia, iluminada .Tenía cocina y contaba con todo lo necesario por si querías cocinar:platos ,cucharas ,un set de sartenes .Además de estufa ,microondas , refri y aire acondicionado todo en muy buenas condiciones y super limpio. Sábanas y toallas super blancas y con buen olor .El desayuno tipo bufete con variedad y bien elavorado.Los trabajadores todos muy atentos y amables brindando...
