"Staff at the front desk were super nice and helpful. The elevators are currently down but that resulted in a lowered deposit, and they even had a staff member bring my luggage up for me. Nice room that served the purpose I booked for. Close to the airport and my two jobs so it was very convenient. My one complaint is that when I checked in some toiletries like the hand soap and body wash were not filled, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Overall satisfying stay!"

"This is a wonderful place to stay. Convenient to the airport, I-40 and the surrounding Raleigh/Cary/Morrisville area. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Great free breakfast, too."

"You asked about my stay and cleanliness so I say this. The first room we were given appeared to have fleas in the carpet. This could have been helped perhaps by vacuuming the carpet. My experience was that my legs and feet were being bitten by something the minute I walked into the room. My husband complained and we were moved to another room. The biting and scratching stopped after we were moved moved to another room. "

"I stayed at a loft every time I bring my son to see a medical team member at UNC Chapel Hill. We love the rooms. The service is always exceptional. Also a loft is less than three minutes from Meadowmont Circle, which is where most of our providers are. We make this trip 2 to 3 times a month. The only thing I’m not pleased with are the pillows. These are in need of replacement for sure. Thank you always for such courteous staff and excellence service.!!"
