The staff at check in were pleasant and helpful, our check in experience was great. We booked a room with a king bed and a pull out couch for our son. There were no blankets or pillows for the pull out couch, and when my son went to lay down on the couch he found a large clump of hair.

When my other reservation cancelled on me at 4:40am, Residence got us in, let us in our room at 6am to catch some much needed Zzzs. Staff was so nice, all of them, amazing. The bed was comfortable, the room was great. AC was a little noisey, but everything else out weighted that! Sooooo many options at breakfast. Nicest breakfast I have ever had

Thanksgiving stay was great..

Great service. Very clean and beds were very comfortable. Thanksgiving trip went well and Residence Inn is now a favorite place when visiting Raleigh.

Everything was great with the exception of the beds, those are extremely hard/firm. I personally don’t do well with those kinds of beds and because of it my sleep was poor and when I did get up in the mornings I was sore all over. The room itself was nice and had everything I would need plus more. The staff was so nice and the breakfast was fantastic.
