「Lovely stay」

「There was a person sleeping in the gazebo one morning when I left my room, I also checked in early and was charged an early check in fee for a room that was empty. I felt like that was something that could have been waived. Also my key cards didn’t work after the first day and when I went to get them fixed the front desk person asked me why I was given a room in the dungeon, I also had several people on my floor slamming doors and yelling in the hall way past midnight. 「My family and I stayed in Hanging Cabin #9, which had bunk beds suited for my two children. The cabin appeared to have been recently renovated, with new flooring and a well-equipped kitchen. It included a TV (unlike other cabins we've stayed in without one) and a nice jacuzzi. Keep in mind that being outdoors means bugs may be around, which is not the property's fault but a natural occurrence. A bit of pest control before guests arrive could have made this place an A+.」

「clean and comfortable」

「An elegant old house tastefully redeveloped, with large, comfortable and stylish rooms. Great location close to breweries, wineries and hiking and not far from Charlottesville. So, mostly good but the administrative and customer-service side could be better. We weren't sent the code for the front door and another couple we met weren't sent the code for their room. I received the checkout instructions after having already left the property. 」

「Owner very friendly and went above and beyond when my husband and daughter’s uber driver cancelled their ride to the airport 1 minute before Pick up as they checked out. With no other options he truly saved the day and they made flight on time. Beautiful room and house is incredibly accessible to those visiting SVU」
