"My stay was absolutely amazing! From the moment I checked in, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. I loved how peaceful the environment was it really felt like a home away from home.The amenities were top-notch, and everything I needed was easily available. The service was fast, the atmosphere was warm, and overall, I had a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend Holiday Inn to anyone looking for a great and comfortable stay. "We stay at this hotel sometimes when we have to fly out of BWI. However, we wanted a quick getaway to relax and away from the house. Since our flights are usually in the middle of night, we normally are not able to get breakfast. We had breakfast every morning and they had something different every morning like fried/scrambled eggs, corn beef and hash, turkey sausage, french toast, bagels, yogurts, and other things. Everything is flavorful. One morning, the fire alarm came on during the breakfast hours and they extended the breakfast a little longer. The staff was pleasant even check in was easy. When I reported that the elevator stopped working in the middle of the night, they were able to reset it right away. There were no issues after that. It is close to restaurants and gas stations. It was quieter than most hotels because people are usually in and out with their flights. We will definitely stay longer again."

"Check in was fairly smooth and the room was nice. I was missing two towels; I notified the front desk the next morning and asked for one towel. When housekeeping came they replaced all washcloths, face towels, and towels with fresh ones. I would stay there again. "
