「Everything was great besides i just dont understand why people need to smoke pot in rooms. I smelt it. All people dont want to smell it. Rooms are non smoking why do they get away with it」

「I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. 」

「We arrived after 3pm and our rooms were not ready yet, so we had to wait. The shades in our room were not room darkening and woke us up very early. There was a used Q-tip on the floor in our bathroom that looked like it had been there for a while. The breakfast buffet was a bit of a let down, a bit more variety would have been nice. Overall if other places in the area were sold out, we would stay as a last resort, but it’s not likely we will chose it again.」

「Staff kept complaining they were over worked and had to work extended shifts. The valet service took forever, and it’s $52/night. I kept getting charged to my security deposit card instead of the card I booked with and was told it was a system issue with Expedia (who is a “third party”). Eventually everything got resolved, but it was annoying having to constantly go back to correct the situation. 「The hotel was nice but the problem is at check in we were told it was from 7-10 along with a lot of other people. They started shutting it down at 9. The sign in breakfast area says it’s over at 9 so staff told everyone wrong time. Then there was a homeless guy sleeping and drolling at breakfast which was disgusting. Elevator stopped working during our stay. I know things happen but still aggravating.」
