"Was there for a night for a local event. Older property but maintened. Bed was a bit hard. It was quiet and the room did the job for the night. Easy to get in and out. Hotel is close to downtown Royal Oak and the zoo. Would stay again. "

"Ground level room was a little noisy due to TV next door and traffic noise outside. "

"Hotel is tired. Been going here for 20 years, but it had been a while. No where to charge phones next to bed. And just an overall worn down tired feeling. Cleanliness was ok. "

"I made a last minute booking for a 2 night stay here and was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is relatively new so I was immediately relieved as I have allergies and can’t often tolerate some of the older hotels. The front desk employee Ciara was lovely and efficient. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I lost my room key while running around and she remembered me immediately and easily able to set me up with a new one."

"If you like barking dogs all night and not so clean rooms this is for you. I was very disappointed. I stayed four nights and the last two days I would not eat the breakfast. Just horrible. Don’t recommend "
