「Points positifs : taille du logement (comme un appartement), kitchenette (ustensiles, plaques électriques, frigo, évier, hotte…), terrasse avec mobilier, piscines (avec transat +/- parasols), propreté globale, petit déjeuner complet varié et correct, personnel aimable, proximité avec des commerces et la plage. 「Stayed here many times and it is faultless. This time I was here for my birthday but hadn't mentioned this at all to reception. Note was obviously taken at check in as a lovely card and chocolates was left in the room on the day of my birthday. Little gestures go a long way.」

Aufgrund der zentralen Lage auf Lanzarote sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist kein Nachteil, man hört und sieht die landenden Flieger, das stört aber nicht. 「Have a great long weekend in May, good location not far from beach. Local supermarket 3mins from apartment with larger Spar being 10mins walk away (great Italian next to Spar -Sorrento di Italia). 「Firstly this is a lovely hotel which is very centrally located. The rooms were cleaned every day by the amazing hard working cleaning staff, honestly nothing was too much trouble for them. Also the night staff in the bar were cheerful and happy to serve you. But that's where it stops, the cooked breakfast left a lot to be desired, and as for the breakfast staff, two in particular who were the most unpleasant I've ever come across on all my travels.
