「Lovely clean hotel, staff friendly, food ok. apart from 1 receptionist. Had requested a quiet room direct email to hotel, was allocated a room on the road! Receptionist claimed they didnt receive email and couldn't help as hotel full?? Next day other Receptionist very helpful」

「Our room had a bad smell coming from the shower, we had to move rooms to a lower standard with no view (previous room had a balcony view) Staff were slow to respond or didn't seem that interested. After we moved we noticed the maintenance staff working on the drain outside. Other room was clean, and no smell so not too inconvenient.」

「Perfect place」

「Apartments exceptionally clean, a bit dated but good range of equipment available for use. Staff very helpful, especially with a late check in. An ideal location for buses and not too close to the strip. This is our second visit and will absolutely come back.」
