「Hotel was full and no maintenance on staff or available- we were just told “sorry” about a toilet that didn’t work. Stopped serving /restocking breakfast 45 min before people were told at check in it would end.」

「This was the first Embassy Suites that we have stayed at. It was a very pleasant experience. Staff was great and very friendly. The atmosphere was very kid friendly. The rooms were nice. Comfortable beds, fairly clean, and I love the layout where there is a sitting room then a room for the beds. We had a beautiful view to watch the sunset. Breakfast was great, lots of variety including soda machine instead of just juice and someone there making omelets to order. We will definitely be back next...

「The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful even though they were short staffed. However, our room air conditioning worked, but the lowest temperature setting was 70 degrees. This was acceptable, but with the scorching 97-degree weather in Oklahoma, we would have preferred a cooler room or at least a fan.
