The staff were polite & helpful at check in. The lounge on the 2nd floor does get loud on weekends but we didn’t notice the noise in our 3rd floor room. It is an older hotel that has had a much needed facelift. Our room was clean, beds comfy, and quiet. Several electrical outlets did not work or were too loose to hold phone chargers. Breakfast was great~ waffles, fruit, danish, biscuits & gravy, juice, milk, yogurt, ham/sausafe-were some of options. Kitchen staff were quick to replenish food and keep the area clean. The breakfast area was roomy and nice. It was easy access to major roads/highways and close to restaurants.

Reserved two weeks in advance. Upon check-in asked for a first floor room due to our age. Was told by the unfriendly woman that I should have requested that when reserving. Finally gave us a room in the first floor but it was the worst. It was on freeway side with car noise, bright street lights and no curtain to shut any of that out. Also the shower water would not adjust to anything but scalding hot. The next morning I went to the desk and said we could not stay another three nights in that room. A nicer lady then let me see a room in the back side that was much nicer. It was away from even parking lot noise, had a curtain to block light and the water even adjusted to our liking. I think the first lady I dealt with just didn’t like me and tried to punish me with a terrible room. That room also had a serious safety problem that I reported. The electrical outlets were so old and worn that cords would not stay plugged in or would not make electrical connections. This can create heat and cause fires.

They ARE in a renovation so this review is accurate as of April of 26. The rooms are very clean but they are old and rundown. The staff is actually excellent with the exception of the breakfast which is at the mercy of them finding a good person to run it. So. E days it was ok and others it was non existent. The location is safe and surroundings are nice.

Hotel in desperate need of repairs and serious customer service training for staff. Booked two rooms for stay but ended up only have one room with a functioning toilet, took staff over 27 hours and three very rude conversations, to address issue, after one use toilet non functioning for the remainder of a six days stay, email sent to gm and NO CONTACT WAS RECEIVED TO RESOLVE ISSUE. Breakfast is the same every morning an elevator is out of service(burning rubber smell and jolted ride on one that does work), ice machines broken, attached restaurant closed, mold in shower, and cheap squeaky metal bed frames(literally sounds like a huge metal gong when getting on or off and rolling over) Just find somewhere else to stay!

The room was descent for the cost but the 36 cockroaches we killed was too much for us! We left two days early! Don’t stay in room 115! Haven’t seen any money come back into my account….

Hotel condition overall was unsat for PAYINGA CUSTOMERS. The rooms our party had were absolutely disgusting and had things either falling apart or broken all over. The elevators in one building didn't work. There were stains on some of our sheets and the bathroom had hair all over it, clearly the room was completely turned over. Desk staff were nice for the most part but extremely disorganized and weren't communicating because they kept double booking our rooms. I Was paranoid another person would walk into room. Says hotel is under renovation but that's an understatement. The entire building should be gutted and redone before charging anyone money to stay there. Not very secure when all the outside doors are left propped open and card readers are pointless. I can go on longer but the point is spend the extra $$$ and stay somewhere else, if I could've canceled after the 1st night without losing my money I would've RAN across the street to another facility!

The property was previously a combo Clarion/Econolodge and is pretty run-down; Ramada is in the process of renovating but I feel like they’re taking their time. Still, for the price, it was serviceable (for a short stay) and the staff were wonderful and went above and beyond.

One of the worst stay ever. Rooms were filthy, 1st room assigned toliet was loose, barely attached to the floor. Second room, keys would not open the door, multiple trips to lobby to try to get in the room. Maintenance finally opened the door and said he would replace the batteries, never did. Each return to room required multiple trips to lobby to gain entrance. Housekeeping never cleaned the room, never replaced towels etc, which required more trips to lobby. Elevators were broken (2) only one working. Obvious smell of hydraulic fluid when elevator was in use. Mold in the shower, doubt the wall behind the bathroom door has been cleaned in years. Staff was pleasant, but never fixed any problem. Yes, under remodeling, but needs wholesale renovation or just demolished. Will never ever stay there again. DO NOT STAY AT THIS DUMP.
