Very run down, save your money. The hotel staff greeted us with a point to the clock when we tried to check in and stating that its not check in time yet lol. Painters everywhere but you cant paint over crud.

The room we booked wasn't available so they had to give us a smaller bed. There were no towels or toiletries in the room. Was told they had a shortage of towels due to the holiday bookings. Couldn't shower for first 2 days. Other guests fighting and night attendant had yelling so loud cops were called

This hotel needs to be taken off your listings. It was dirty and disgusting. It was under renovation. Sheets were stained. Mattresses were comfortable. Air conditioning system was very tacky and looked moldy and mildewy. Our keys for our room kept on not working. We kept having to go down and having our key re-keyed. The clientele there was something out of the ordinary, many people that were there were drunk and used abusive language. There was a loud fight from a couple in our hallway. There was a bar right at the end of our floor, and it was very loud and open very late. The smoke detector was detached from the ceiling and laying in a shelf. The curtains were hanging incorrectly. We would never ever stay in this hotel again. One of the rooms that we had which were three the bathtub and toilet were dirty, and the bathtubs were cracked. I have never stayed in a more disgusting hotel in my life.

List that it had inside pool and it was a lie. The four floor, where we stay was under construction and mess. Room had wall damage, look like flood damage. It smell was really bad in hall and room.

We weren’t informed about renovations before arriving and the smell throughout the place was terrible. Our sheets and bathroom were dirty. We didn’t feel comfortable not wearing shoes.

Would not recommend. Right when I walked in the property was dirty and under active construction with debris everywhere and had a very loud party at the their bar; not a fun party but a sloppy one. There was a sign that indicated staff can enter remodeled rooms to check on quality… then I walk into the room and see a roach… went downstairs and cancelled immediately! Staff was friendly, understood and did not question why I was cancelling my reservation. Absolutely would not recommend!

my sheets had a brown stain on them, i asked for new sheets and never got them. i put there was 4 people in our room, they put only 1 towel in the room, i asked for more and i never got them, so 2 of us shared a towel, the other 2 waited till the morning. we called again for more towels the next day, had to ask 3 times then eventually ran into the cleaning lady and had to ask her twice after she told me she’d bring them to me. on our way out to get food, we noticed the front desk lady with a family, and she put the family is a vacant room, then came up to double check and opened the door with people in it and the family standing behind her. the people in the room could’ve been showering or literally anything. they seem to be renovating, which causes a ton of noise super early in the morning. the noise at night was simply kids/teenagers running up and down the halls with dogs. the elevator is really sketch, so we stuck with the stairs. the morning front desk lady (idk her name) was super sweet though! and was a ton of help when i was complaining about the night shift front desk lady.

I paid for this room based on the pictures, man were they not accurate. Hotel very dirty, front desk staff rude and unhelpful during checkin. We made our way to the room thru hallways full of people painting the trim on the 3rd floor. Room was dirty and smelled bad. We turned around and left the room, booked another hotel and left without asking for a refund or expaination. It was too far gone for any explaination to make any difference.

The room appeared to be spotless. The hall carpet, not so much - but it is being replaced. I understand meeting the basic requirement, but the minimal supply of bath towels seems to be a Clarion policy. The staff was very courteous and capabable. Breakfast was tasty enough and in good supply. But I hpe they get the hall carpets replaced soon (they really are gross).

I could not even stay. There were drug transactions in the parking lot, the elevator didn’t work so I had to walk up three flights of stairs carrying my luggage, mold and mildew throughout then when we opened the door to the room, roaches scattered.
