The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Whether I needed help cleaning my room or extra face towels, the maintenance crew was always there to assist me. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would like to express my gratitude once again.

This property was under construction and it was loud early in the morning. It was very dusty and in disarray during the day but it was tolerable in the evening. The staff was friendly and everyone was very helpful. I would stay there again but not while they are under construction!

Breakfast was good and staff excellent. The property was undergoing construction. There was so much dust and noise. Couldn’t nap in the day. The restaurant was closed. Nobody told us this so we didn’t rent a car and landed Up walking to places to eat. No bar either.

While I can appreciate that the property is under construction, the rooms were less than desirable. The bathtub looked horrible. When I contacted the front desk, the desk clerk stated while it may appear dirty, he could assure me that it wasn't. They sent a tile mat to compensate for the appearance.

Renovations made it where you had to leave to get anything to eat for breakfast or any other meal. The staff seems indifferent to the noise level during the day. Housekeeping never came and we stayed from Wednesday to Sunday. Had to ask for more towels, toilet paper and tissues on the third day. The dust from the renovations had every person we saw coughing. Again, staff honestly couldn’t care less. It’s clear they are just there for a check.

The lobby is under construction. I'm not sure if Expedia is in charge of posting that on the hotel's Expedia page or if the hotel decided not to display that on Expedia. The bar area is also closed. The check-in clerk was not super friendly. The maintenance guy was super friendly and helpful with our TV that wasn't working properly. The lady at check out time was super friendly even after she had a guest she helped in front of me that was not super pleasant. After the upgrades are completed, I am sure it'll be a nice experience. The hotel is just pretty loud with echoes at the time we were there.

The noise is awful. The renovation noise, the noise from the middle of the hotel carries up and we asked for no connecting room and they gave us a connecting room. The room next door was blasting music at midnight, you can hear them talk and hear neighbors flush toilets and turn the water on. Walls are very thin. Housekeeping came to us at 9 AM and knocked and tried to enter the room. Not a good experience.

The staff was extremely helpful and even accommodated an early check in. They were doing construction, but it wasn’t that big of a deal for me. The lobby was very clean and I can imagine that it would be nice if the restaurant and things like that were open, but they weren’t due to the construction. I would try staying here again, but I’m not sure how soon that would be.
