「​The staff were very welcoming and friendly. However, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The floor was not properly cleaned, I found a bug in the bathroom, and the hairdryer was even sticky, looking like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. While the service was great, the overall cleanliness definitely needs improvement.」

「My family and I stayed from June 10th through June 14th. Unfortunately, the bathroom appeared to be in need of remodeling, and the rooms were only cleaned every other day. In addition, the carpet had a noticeable mildew odor, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.」

「Im sorry to say I ended up sleeping in a chair. I booked thru expedia and then called the motel directly to double check that I would have a wheelchair accessible room. Yes, the desk clerk said. The bed was at least a foot higher than my wheelchair seat, and there was no way I could transfer to the bed. Why are motels putting these new higher beds in what are supposed to be accessible rooms?
