"Used this hotels as flight was arriving late. Its a short 12/15 min walk from airport along main road so felt safe getting there. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming even at nearly 3am in morning!! Breakfast was nice and bus and train stop just across road for onward journeys. I would stay here again."

"Ibis hotel is only for one or two nights stay My room when I got there was cold and I didn’t know how to turn on thermostat. The receptionist was not helpful at all Bed has very thin uncomfortable mattress. Hard pillows but nice warm covers. No coffee machine or kettle. Free coffee machine downstairs but that coffee was too bitter for my taste. Only one kind of tea. Bathroom and towels were clean. The problem was shower. Water temperature change too often. I was getting cold shower or burn...

"We were so happy to get a room in the front of the hotel. We learned that other reviewers were right; there is a lot of noise late at nght. We got used to it, and we enjoyed being able to look out over the street during the day. The staff were all incredibly helpful and even arranged our transportation back to the airport. The small rooms are small, and we wish we would have booked a larger room, but we were really only in the room to sleep. A good stay, and we would stay in the Fama again...

O único inconveniente foi Natália, que estava na recepção quando saí. Não serve para atender o público. Não é simpática e parece trabalhar de má vontade. Mas nem isso desqualifica esse hotel."

"Nice clean hotel but it’s also a new hotel so would expect it to be clean. Nice quiet hotel great location staff very friendly. The only downside for us was that there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. "

"It was a good experience, because of the good condition of the hotel, great variety of food for breakfast, relatively quiet location of the hotel in town and closeness to public transport as well as to the old town. However, the bed was too soft and the bedsheet didn't properly fit the bed, so every morning it was off the bed. I turn around in the bed a few times every night."

"Hotel new, rooms are spaciuos, but the rooms have not air conditioning, air ventilation in the bathroom exists but not working, the floor and the coil do not heat, the smell of sewage comes from the bathroom, bad room service,non-fresh yesterday’s food is served for breakfast it’s a cardboard box for German retirees - strongly do not recommend."
