「Amazing staff! I forgot her name but the valet woman was our first interaction! We went for our 3 year anniversary and I’m hoping to go there for my birthday weekend as well coming up! Fiancé loved the breakfast! I’m not a big breakfast person but everything looked fresh! The restaurant inside the building made our night! Such good service all around! No complaints besides one, we didn’t stay longer!!! LOL! Will be back! 」

「I arrived somewhat late but my check in staff was helpful, cheerful and frankly, a relief after a terrible travel day. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the area quite nice (pretty flowers, etc.) and the breakfast in the morning was more than adequate. Huge plus: popcorn in the lobby!!!」

「This is always my favorite hotel when traveling for work to Birmingham for many reasons (cleanliness, elegance, quiet environment). However, this recent trip, the Restaurant Bar Staff (Krista & Alex) was 2nd to none, providing the best atmosphere for guests to mingle and network, leaving lasting memories and friendships. I will never stay anywhere else when in this area. :) 」
