「Breakfast was great! So many options.」

「The phones at the Hotel did not work the day we arrived or the day we left. To get from the airport to the Hotel I had to call an Uber to take us to the Hotel as I could not contact the Hotel by Phone . It was cold and windy we waited outside for their shuttle to come by but gave up on it. The morning we left there was no one at the front desk until the shuttle driver came back from delivery and he took us to the airport.」

「It was a wonderful stay」

「Very unenthusiastic rude front desk guy. No greeting. Went up to the room he gave us. There was a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Thinking it was a mistake, we went in to find the room in disarray and obviously someone still staying there. Went back to front desk, no apology, just rudely gave us another room without a word. Asked for best way to walk to the Civic Center and he just waved his hand in a general direction without a word. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Would not recommend.」

「Overall. I would stay at this hotel again. It's for a lot of other businesses around it. It's in the middle of everything. The staff was super friendly and that meant a lot to me. It could've use a little updating on the decor and the elevators were quite trusting. They look really old and at one point only 1 was working. But overall I'd still stay again if that was all. But, it wasn't. My main reason for such a negative review and I don't do negative reviews. I'd rather just do no review at...

「Unfortunately we were not able to get any food the kitchen was closed after we returned from the concert and there was no microwave in the room.」
