"Although I didn't see any mention of their Park and Fly service when I initially made my reservation, they do provide this service to travelers flying out of the Portland Jetport. The hotel was quiet and clean and the front desk service was excellent. "

"Abby at the front desk was absolutely wonderful! The hotel and room were super clean. The bed was comfortable I loved the location and ease of valet parking Unfortunately I would not stay here again because of the sliding glass barn door design. The door doesn’t slide all the way shut and there is a large open gap when the door is closed. I need my privacy while using the bathroom. It was a very uncomfortable experience as I was sharing a room with an acquaintance. "

"I go to Portland for 2 nights every April school vacation with my grandkids. We have stayed at different hotels and the Residence Inn is the best. The pool is the nicest for the kids. The room has a kitchen so we can cook in a bit. The breakfast is great. The staff was friendly. It is clean. It is in walking distance to restaurants and the water front. The only thing that was amiss slightly (probably due to staff shortages found in most every business these days) was that we requested bedding...
