「I love this place, staff is friendly, hotel is beautiful so much character within those walls. My family enjoyed our stay for Reggae Rise Up Music Festival. We will definitely stay here again! 」

「You really don’t need to spend the extra money for ocean view because I think every room can see the ocean the place was admit amazing and we definitely will be back!」

「The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great: however our room wasn’t clean. There was dirt and debris in the corners of the room of the bathroom. Carpet in the sleeping area was filthy. Nothing had been wiped down in our room like the counters, desk area etc. This COULD be a great hotel with some minor renovations and cleaning. 」

「Older resort. It was difficult to find the office; had to stop by the Hilton to find it. Need to have a big sign that says New Hotel Harbourside Resort before you enter office parking lot. It was very cold and WINDY, so they waived the park fee. Condo was clean. Could have had hangers in the closet. Not much space for clothing. No suitcase holder in either room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will go back to Harbourside again.」

「Only complain we have is the room service… they never came to clean our room for the day!! We even called to get new towels and they never cleaned it! Besides that everything good 」

「The rooms were nice, our room only had the 2 beds and microwave and fridge. No hairdryer so make sure to bring one. It is about a 15 minute drive to Clearwater which was nice to eat. There were not any shops in a walking distance but the beach was right on property!! 」
