「Location was where I needed to be」

「I like how polite and professional the front desk staff and breakfast staff were during our stay. The breakfast was good, biscuit bottoms could be a little toaster, However, I was disappointed that there were no other options for protein or meats for breakfast. There were no turkey or chicken options (bacon/sausage) for those that don’t consume pork or beef.」

「Friendly and helpful check in manager. Breakfast was great! Would stah here again for sure!」

「They were extremely understaffed. Our check in time was 3 pm but they didnt have a room available for us until 6 pm. Multiple other families/groups were also stuck in limbo waiting for rooms. After our late check in it took two hours to get a crib brought up to our room. Every staff member we interacted with was super kind and apologetic but it was apparent that management had not set them up for success and they were stuck dealing with multiple unhappy guests as a result. We would not stay here...

「Either housecleaning or a guest with access to our room tried to open the door without knocking in the morning. Thank goodness we had the door block up; it was very scary.」

「Look, I don’t expect perfection, but this Hampton has gone down hill. Staff was great at check-in, but there was mildew in four spots on the ceiling, soap scum in the shower, and a whole loaf of moldy bread at breakfast. The toilet squealed when refilling and the AC fan rattled loud between cycles, waking us up. If it had been one or two of these things, I might get it, but this is lack of excellence and just laziness across the board. We stay here 2-4 times per year. Time to look elsewhere.」
