「Nice room. Everything seemed clean and operational. Breakfast was nice and was only missing meat or protein. The room was already nice and cool when we arrived. Did not hear noise from other rooms. That is a plus.」

What I didn't like about it, we had to go to the store to buy supplies to clean the room because it was nasty and it stink... our tv didn't work, maintenance came and fix it.. later that evening tv went again was told someone would be out to fix it... nobody never came, we went back down to customer service got moved to 3 separate rooms at 1am on a totally different side , we had to pack everything and move, on our first night because of...

「We were just looking for a economical place to sleep for the night so it satisfied that goal. They were in the process of renovating so there was some debris laying about. If I had known I would probably have gotten a different hotel.」

After a 4 hours drive with kids we reached there to find out that the staff couldn’t find my reservation.she put all responsibility on me to call Expedia and find out why.then I found out by looking at her computer that she mistakenly gave my room to someone else. She didn’t even looked at that person I’d.now she gave their room to me. I found that the room had only 1 bed where as I paid specifically for 2 queens.going thru this mess after 8 hours work...

「Mirror was broke, blow dryer had sticky substance on it, bath tub bar was missing, something on sheets and water kept dripping in the bathroom. And continental breakfast was packaged choclate chip muffins and an apple or orange. Oh and they told us we do have people staying here they just dont have cars, which freaked us out. We asked if they were open because no cars in parking lot.」
