「I’ve stayed at this hotel for the past three years, even before the name change, and it was always my favorite. Sadly, this stay was very disappointing. The receptionist was unwelcoming and gave us a noisy room right by the street and loud music. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, the toilet paper had already been used, and there were hairs in the bathroom. The pool was green, our welcome drink was denied, and breakfast now has very limited options. The only staff member who made us feel welcome...

「The staff are so friendly. They answered my many questions and were more than happy to chat (not sure about their level of English). The only slightly annoying thing was having to be buzzed in each time, as the front gate is always locked, but they were very attentive in coming quickly each time I arrived. Also, it can be kinda noisy in the rooms at night, especially next to the kitchen. But, this is overshadowed by how friendly the staff are, and they have a cute cat, Petunia, who likes to...
