The room I was assigned was in terrible condition, and the soundproofing was so bad I couldn’t sleep at all. It felt like I was lying on the street. The reception just told me there’s nothing they could do. Thank you for giving me such a bad memory of Guatemala!

Our flight came in late, but I was able to confirm with them that we were going to be there around 11p and they had someone waiting to let us in once we had arrived. From there, the location was perfect! The staff are very kind and you can’t beat the views!

Fantastic and highly recommended hotel. The Naif's staff were friendly, professional, patient and very helpful, the rooms and facilities very clean and excellent, and the location is in close walking distance to many attractions and restaurants.

This property was so beautiful just like the pictures & the staff was so nice and accommodating! The 24 hour Concierge service was a huge plus for us that we didn’t even know we needed !!! The restaurant and bar located in frying off the hotel was delicious and quick l, once again- very thoughtful staff! I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough and can’t wait to stay here again

Loved staying here. Coffee was great, breakfast was filling, and the food from the restaurant was tasty. location is convenient for walking. Beds were comfy! We appreciated the filtered water in our room and the ventilation in the bathroom. We had a view of a volcano out of our window!

An attractive hotel

A very pleasant hotel within Antigua Guatamala. Great location and excellent breakfast in the morning. Rooms were comfortable except when we were staying there was building going on next door of which the hotel had no control on.
