「Very nice new property. Great area within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The parking is $15 per night in a parking garage. Walking distance to the university. The breakfast was wonderful, hot items but very limited vegan selections. Floor to ceiling windows in room and breakfast area. There is no hot tub but they have a pool. I would stay here again. Beautiful area. 」

「The front desk staff is very friendly. Room was a normal hotel room, nothing fancy but very comfortable. Looks like they are upgrading everything very soon. Breakfast was good. Again the normal free breakfast. The breakfast staff was also very nice and helpful. Overall a great value. 」

「The hotel was recently built (less than 5 years) and things are pretty new. It’s about 10 minutes driving distance from downtown Iowa City. There are shopping mall and tons of restaurants near the hotel. Staff are very friendly.」

「Very nice, clean contemporary design. Rooms well equipped and the outdoor terrace was a peaceful place to relax. Complimentary breakfast was substantial and the service was friendly. Great location, close to Iowa’s campus for our tour there.」

「Enjoyed our stay. Clean rooms. The reservation was accurate in terms of placing this on a ground floor. Restaurant in the hotel, but lots of things to do, shopping, etc. in the vicinity. Highly recommend.」

「I liked that it had all the capacity to make/eat meals. I liked the layout and comfortable furnishings to accommodate work/leisure, and the cable/streaming tv access.
