「Good: very clean, very helpful staff, huge rooms, lots of parking (even an above ground lot for large vehicles…which we had), very quiet, quick access to downtown Ottawa. Bad: kinda run down, holes in towels, TV did not work, AC barely worked but kept up enough. Staff tried to fix the TV, but couldn’t. Pool has been broken for 8 months but that was not specified when we booked. It fit our needs very well, but you could tell it needs some TLC.」
