「Location of the hotel is very convenient. 」

「Very nice, new hotel, with a walkthrough directly into Ottawa airport. Our stay was for other reasons but that feature would make it very convenient for travellers. Room was nice, very comfortable bed (we booked a king size room). The bathroom is well laid out - nice shower and amenities! Only downside is the floor of the shower was slippery, some kind of grip or mat would have been good.」

「I was happy to see the beds clean but it wasn’t confortable . However we walked in and it was very hot (No Ac), there was a smell in the entrance lobby. The bathroom tub wasn’t very clean so I didn’t want to use it. It’s def a 3 star hotel. The pool wasn’t clean at all. However the breakfast was great. I won’t go again.」

「The hotel is very badly signed, we drove around the entire complex looking for the front door again without any exterior signs to indicate that we were parked in front of the hotel! Walking in the main doors gave us zero indication that we were in the lobby of a hotel vs. the entrance to a conference center. Directions to the room were, go up the ramp and room will be on your right - walked up the ramp and toured the entire floor looking for the room! The room was located after going up the...

「Convenient location with free parking just outside the hotel. Minutes drive to downtown. Friendly staff & overall room facilities have been ok. Shower water pressure is quite weak. Hygiene needs improving, dirt marked bed sheets, towels & multiple insects crawling in the room.」
