「Comfortable room」

「The problem is I did NOT get the rooms I had paid for and the manager blamed it all on the platform. Although I had booked my 2 rooms an entire month ahead of time, the manager said he could not do anything about it!!!」

「Very disappointed that a $250 deposit was required on the room and someone had to go inspect the room before that was set for return. Not what I normally experience in major hotel chains.」

「I found the room to be in ok clean condition but the bathroom not so much and extremely small. Bedding was ok. Pillows ok. It was a good stay though. Always love the heated pool. We were offered breakfast but served it too early so didnt get to enjoy it. 6-9 we found inconvienient. Nice to have free parking and convienient location」

「The property is terribly lit. There was no light outside of our little complex and no light in the stairwells. There was no place to hang your clothes and no bedside tables to lay your things on. Also, there was a coffee maker with coffee and tea, but no mugs, cups or glasses to drink from. Lots of dust under the bed」
