「The room was dirty and the entire hotel smelled like an ash tray. There were no smoking signs on every room and our room still reeked of cigarettes. It is the only hotel in Renfrew so there are no other options. I would have given it no stars if it weren’t for the friendly front desk staff.」

「The staff was courteous and attentive he stayed later for check in. Which we appreciated! The facility itself was underwhelming considering the price we paid. The room was tidy but left a lot to be desired in terms of dusting in the corners, the finishing on the tub, -everything just dated! The a/c kept the room clean the fridge was in excellent working condition and the bed was small but comfortable! Parking was safe and secure! Overall a fair rating for us is 2&1/2 stars for this motor-in」
