Beautiful updated room, very spacious with a comfortable mattress. Our room overlooked the ski hill which was amazing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We loved the real outdoor campfire at night. The only complaint I have is the indoor pool wasn’t heated enough for us be able to enjoy it and there wasn’t a hot tub.

This was a great hotel in a beautiful area. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and clean, and the area was great to explore. Calabogie Pizzeria was amazing! The view from Eagle’s Nest hike was spectacular. We would come here again.

The staff was amazing, went above and beyond anytime we needed something and were so kind and welcoming. A few areas that could have used improvement- we were there for 4 nights/5days and were skiing with 4 people in the room. No one came in to empty garbage, refill coffee station/cups, toilet paper, freshen towels, or floors. We had no hot water our first morning. Pool was cold. No hot tub or laundry facilities as advertised. Overall we loved the small and cozy feeling! Would go a long way with at least every other day housekeeping! Thanks again!

Beautiful resort

We were there off season and on a Tuesday so the restaurant was not open for dinner but it is a beautiful natural site with golf course and marina with beach area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Renovated and ultra clean room.

Amazing Stay!!

The best Customer Service I’ve received at a hotel by far! Every employee greeted me with a smile, asked about my day, and engaged in a conversation. The Resort was clean, and had a relaxed vibe. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The grounds were also well maintained and sitting by the back pond, with a view of the ski hill, during sunset, was a bonus! It’s also located near hiking trails, a small golf course, a brewery and great restaurants. I highly recommend this property ❤️

I read some reviews before going to the hotel and I was a little worried, but I always try to take some reviews with a grain of salt. I’m so glad some of those reviews didn’t deter me from booking. It was a great experience. The rooms are fully renovated, the bathroom is beautiful, such a cute balcony that overlooks the mountains. I would absolutely recommend!

We had a good stay. Beautiful location, clean room, great staff. It was off season and we’re disappointed that Facilities need work, elevator wasn’t working, pool was cool, hot tub not working, safety door latch broken. Stayed for more than one night but had to ask for clean towels.
