「Parking was covered and secure. Staff were incredible. Very walkable area with restaurants and shops. 」

「The staff were very friendly and breakfast was nice but we went days without new towels or new sheets after asking several times. We finally got housekeeping in the room on the last day of our 4 night stay and had to take our own trash out daily. Likely will find another property in the future 」

「Parking was easy and nearby. The room was mostly clean if not a little shabby…the couch. Flooring in bedroom did not match up to threshold in bathroom. Air conditioning worked but was very loud in the bedroom. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful…when they were there which was infrequent. Best attribute of the hotel was it’s proximity to downtown and especially the Spoonbill restaurant across the street.」

「Thermostat batteries dead in room. Room was freezing. Called front desk. He said we would have to wait til morning when maintenance got there. We said … I DONT THINK SO. He brought us some batteries and we opened up the thermostat and changed them ourselves. Left the empty pepper bottle out so they could refill. They did not. Did not leave more soap after cleaning the room. 」
