"Having to file a claim? Got ripped off, no room. No REFUND!! Also when trying to find the entrance to the building amongst all the abandoned and broke into I was almost assaulted with my friend by some mentally ill man. I didn't feel safe as the other side of the building was by really rough train stop with lots of homeless people trying to talk to us."

"Check in was really challenging and as I was not in a vehicle, involved a lot of walking up and down the garage looking for a lockbox. Instructions said if I spoke to building management, I would forfeit "
