Oakwood 3 Stars Hotels

"What I didn’t like is that the lady at the front desk was not answering the phone as it ringed multiple times. I watched her from the seating area because when I called for my early check-in due to a long travel and no one answered, so I see why.. too busy on her own phone. So then I also couldn’t do early check in as she says no rooms available. I come back an hour later boom rooms available but it’s a different lady. I asked her about early check-in she said it was rooms available I knew that but hey.. Other than that this hotel is nice and I’ll be back "

"The staff at this hotel are just amazing, especially Ms. Penny and Evening Shift Supervisor Christen. There is another young lady I was talking to on my second morning. Didn't get her name, but she was very nice too. Wonderful people. Have nothing but wonderful things to say about the entire team at the hotel. "
