「The facility and staff try but the reality isn't a wonderful experience. It needs an overhaul. The rooms are alright. We had a lot of dust, it was aged, standard shower mildew and lukewarm water every single time (the last finally got me because it was every time for every single person). They do put in the effort with the breakfast and evening reception. We would not stay here again especially for the price. 」

「Check in staff great, night staff bad. Neighborhood kids running everywhere thru out the night in and out of secured night entrances. Absolutely do not recommend 」

「Staff were nice, breakfast we order was good. Room was pretty clean. At night it can get loud because we are in the heart of downtown but nothing white noise cannot solve.」
