「The property has aged a bit, but the staff is excellent, and the little things like a coffee bar, water refill station, fire pits, and s'mores kits for the kids really made this a fantastic place to stay. 」

「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3.
